Concrete Paving SuperintendentThe Superintendent will be responsible for developing a high performing team that works cooperatively with all owner and subcontractors' representatives. The Superintendent will supervise the overall all set-up and placement of high-quality concrete pavements on project(s). The Superintendent will be responsible for achieving optimum utilization of the equipment, material, and labor, thus, maximizing production and minimizing costs in the area of assigned responsibilityDuties

• Ensure project aligns with company's high quality standards
• Plan and supervise all work
• Responsible for planning their portion of the project, order materials, contact crew, and complete daily work reports
• Owns daily safety, quality, and execution for their area of the project
• Client driven and Detail oriented
• Reliable and Team Player
• All other duties as assignedRequirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant, progressively responsible supervisory experience in construction of concrete pavements
  • Specific Experience with Gomaco Machinery
