Our people are our product, and the Outreach Specialist plays a key role in promoting awareness and education of Hospice and Palliative Care services to the health care community and acts as liaison between organization and providers in our service area.
As an Outreach Specialist, you will:--- Become AMOREM's hospice and palliative care champion and expert in the community --- Own your identified territory in providing education, customer service, and generating referrals--- Cultivate new relationships in the community with healthcare partners
