Looking for a Family Medicine Physician from 3/20 - 6/30/23

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p w/ 1hr lunch daily
Average number of patients per day: 20-25
Patient demographics: Adult/Geriatric Outpatient
Total number of physicians in practice: 5
Number of exam rooms: 3
Epic EHR system Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

MANDATED Job Requirements: Board Certified FM - REQUIRED
SC License - Highly preferred
BLS - REQUIRED
Local - Highly preferred Certification Requirements:
- BLS
- Board Certified
