This is a long term, contract opportunity. The role is heavily focused in Accounts Payable but will be responsible for a number of other tasks as well. The day-to-day responsibilities are listed below:-Full cycle Accounts Payable -Process PO and non-PO invoices -Resolve invoice discrepancies -Payment posting -Maintain vendor files -Prepare journal entries-Track cost in system -Maintain internal spreadsheets -Basic to intermediate knowledge in Excel-Experience working in QuickBooks-Any and all other tasks as assigned by management.This position is on site with flexible hours/schedule! The perfect candidate will work well independently but also work well as a team and collaborate with peers in the accounting department and other departments within the organization.
