MISSION:

• Ensure that - customer quality requirements are met for new projects launch
• Ensure Lessons Learn are communicated and applied to new project
• Validate APQP documentation from project team
• Provides OK in hand off from Quality Plant side
• Ensure that the Customer Specific Requirements are well known within project team -
• Be the Contact person for the plant to project team
• Monitor Quality Project status and escalate risks in project
• Support the plant and project organization to improve the process to secure launch and ramp-up ACTIVITIES:
  • Contribute to continuous improvement (lessons learned, OPL, best practice, standard improvement)
  • Lead problem solving process when major customer or internal complaint
  • Support plant team for Q. processes deployment
  • Support int. / ext. Engineering change process (OPTIMAP in develop. & OPTICHANGE in serial life)
  • Report Quality status of project to QM and Plant
  • Attend launch readiness meetings
  • Prepare milestone review / highlight major quality risks
  • Validate conformity of parts during pre-series
  • Validate Geometry, aspect & validation assessment are on specification before SOP
  • Deploy Design for Quality
  • Perform cosmetic audits in product
  • Responsible of request and have limits samples signed from customer
  • Identify gaps to customer requirements and risks related to project Quality objectives - escalate to QM and Project team
  • Get internal validation of deviations from project team before SOP
  • Interface with - project team (APQP reviews, product quality reviews, complaint reporting)
    • Participate actively with project team (core team) in the development of the APQP documents and that lessons learned are applied
    • Participates on Reverse PFMEA process
    • Validate APQP deliverables from projects prior hand off with the plant
    • Responsible of securing Quality of Launch and Ramp-up
    • Validates equipment are meeting specifications of error proofing and error proofings functionality and efficiency
    • Validate product poka yokes during development Participate of the machine validation during developmentCOMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
      • Technical qualification 3-5 years relevant Automotive work experience
      • Dedication to safety
      • Core Tools IAIG-APQP, PPAP
      • IATF16949 ; Process audit: e.g. VDA 6.3, PCPA, MSA, ---
      • Customer specific requirements
      • Project management
