Position Summary Information
Position Summary
The Performing Arts and Conference Center at the Foundation houses a 1300 seat auditorium as well as 7500 square feet of meeting and banquet space. Activities are varied. Event may include concerts, plays, dance recitals, community meetings, trade shows, class reunions, business training functions and wedding receptions. The building is often used as much as seven days a week, requiring staffing as early as 6:00am to as late as 3:00 in the morning. The facility stays open even at times when the college is closed, especially holidays and weekends. An assignment may require inside and/or outside work. Staff usually work in shifts, but may work as long as 12 hours in a given day, with breaks allowed for meals.
