Job Description:
Develop and implement state specific quality assurance programs,
trainings, payor specific guidelines, and SOP's (standard operating
procedures) to ensure high level team-wide fidelity of behavior
plans, programs, assessments, and analysis of data ensuring a high
degree of reliability and congruency between the written plan and
the observed behavior of staff working with individuals. Prepare
and present reports to funding bodies, internal agency bodies, and
other regulatory bodies as needed. Reports to organization level
leadership directly and serves as a clinical leader for the
state.*Job Description:** Extensive experience creating
individualized assessments and developing tailored treatment plans
based on client needs.* Oversee and support BCBA and technician
staff in implementing behavioral intervention plans with fidelity.*
Extensive experience training parents and caregivers on ABA
strategies to ensure consistent interventions at home.* Regularly
assess clients progress and provide feedback and instructions to
adjust treatment plans as needed for maximum clinical
effectiveness.* Track and manage client data using our software
program to monitor progress and inform, update, and modify
treatment decisions for maximum clinical impact.* Create BCBA and
RBT training, and learning opportunity material* Experience with
BCBA student support* Carry a small caseload of their own* Provide
support for new BCBA's with overlaps and oversight* Provide
Onboardings to BCBA's joining the team* Quality assurance for RBT
onboarding programs*Qualifications:** Current BCBA certification in
good standing* Display excellent clinical competence and judgment;
ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.*
Experience implementing and developing behavior-analytic programs*
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient care*
Experience in assessments and report documentation* Strong
understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology* Ability
to conduct evaluations and behavioral therapy* Excellent
communication and organizational skills* Experience working with
individuals with developmental disabilities and autism* Knowledge
of special education practices and data collection techniques*
Experience collaborating with schools, daycares, and other
community settings* Excellent oral, written, and virtual
communication skills* Team player* Highly organized* Motivated by
client outcomes above all else and passionate about raising the
quality of Autism care
