Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement Take on a leadership role with real impact across branding, communications, and strategy Flexible and hybrid work schedules Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits including employer-paid health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Job Details Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing professional services, with prior leadership/supervisory experience (AEC industry preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with graphic design and photography preferred Familiarity with CRM software (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred) Proficiency in WordPress and social media platforms Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize competing tasks Strong design sensibility and creative vision Responsibilities - Lead and supervise a team of marketing professionals Collaborate with firm leadership and business development teams on project pursuits Manage the full proposal lifecycle including strategy, writing, design, and deadline execution Oversee brand consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms Create and manage content for internal and external communications, including website and social media Produce graphics and coordinate photography for marketing collateral Serve on internal committees and contribute to the firm's overall market positioning Interested in hearing more?
