Facility Cleaning & Maintenance Technician Job Description ACP's Facility Cleaning & Maintenance Technician provides logistical support (cleaning & maintenance of ACP's building) to all of ACP but with a primary focus on supporting the compounding lab. Performing the duties and responsibilities of this position creates a foundation for all of ACP staff to create a great patient experience at ACP. Job Requirements:Prior Pharmacy or Lab Experience is NOT Necessary.We want to hire people that have the following skills:-- Ability to complete assigned tasks completely and efficiently-- Basic math skills-- Desire & ability to keep workstations clean & organized-- Ability to troubleshoot minor issues with HVAC systems. Minor issues include adjusting thermostats, changing air filters, and keeping mechanical closets clean-- Ability to clean & maintain lab equipment.-- Skills learned from prior experience(s) maintaining & cleaning equipment in hospitality, fine dining, retail & tourism industries will serve you well at Asheville Compounding Pharmacy.Duties and Responsibilities? Understand and comply with ACP Policies and Procedures? Maintain a clean, organized workstation and store? Perform assigned daily activities such as washing dishes & mopping floors? Perform assigned monthly activities such as changing air filters, cleaning HVAC grills & sanitizing shelving? Maintain a professional, positive attitude, and greet patients with an open heart.? Communicate courteously and professionally to all coworkers, patients, and healthcare providers.? Perform other tasks delegated by Lab Manager, Technician Manager, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager, and Owner
