Job Description:

more. New hires are eligible 1st of the month following 30 days of
hire date. Major Areas of Responsibilities: · Operation and care of
forklift in a safe manner. Must be qualified to properly operate
the forklift. · Complete and document a forklift inspection form
before start of shift and when operating a new forklift; turn in
maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. ·
Production - Locate stock before start of run; deliver appropriate
stock to appropriate machines safely and on time with accurate
quantity; remove finished goods from machines. · Shipping - Take
finished units off line; inspect finished units; load units onto
trailer, or place units in staging area or in proper place in
Warehouse, as instructed. · Maintain neat, orderly, and safe stacks
of stock in storage areas. · Complete and maintain necessary
paperwork and reports in an accurate and timely manner. · Assist
other fork lift operators as needed. · Other tasks assigned.

successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential

Requirements · Sitting and operating forklift during 85% of the
workday; walking, ascending, or descending during 15% of the work
day. · Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or general
education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience
and/or training in a production environment; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. · Language Skills -
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. ·
Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and
divide in all units of measure. Ability to use a tape measure and
other measuring devices. · Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply
common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in
written, oral, or diagram form. Education and Experience ·
Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or general
education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience
and/or training in a production environment; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Applicants must
