Direct Hire Maintenance Technician Opportunity!$28-32hrResponsibilities:

• -Responsible for the scheduled, unscheduled and preventative maintenance and repair of a wide variety of beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment (conveyors, boilers, air compressors and pasteurization systems)
• -Require strong mechanical skills to include: hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, conveyor systems and PLC usage
• -Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to include disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and calibration
• -Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery
• -Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs
• -Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices
• -Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs
• -Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs
• -Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment
• -Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment
• -Record repairs and maintenance performed
• -Enter codes and instructions to program computer-controlled machinery
• -Sometimes repairs or modifications are performed when blueprints and manufactures specifications are unavailable or incomplete
• -Applies a wide variety of methods, procedures & techniques to lay out, install, align, repair, overhaul, & maintain various types of machines encompassing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems & operation principles
• -Communicate with management, engineers, mechanics, and equipment operators to advise them if there are any potential mechanical hazards
