PeopleShare is seeking skilled and experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility specializing in corrugated packaging.

This is not a general labor or entry-level operator position. Qualified candidates will have recent hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Now Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technicians - 2-2-3 Schedule - $18-$20/hr
Location: Statesville, NC - Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating (Days/Nights)
Type: Temp-to-Hire - Start Date: ASAP - Same-Day Interviews for Qualified Candidates

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production machinery (conveyors, motors, pumps, etc.)
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per schedule
• Troubleshoot electrical components and pneumatic systems (a plus)
• Use hand and power tools to repair and maintain equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist with machine changeovers, setups, and calibrations
• Collaborate with machine operators and other departments to minimize downtime
• Adhere to all safety procedures and standards Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical systems; basic electrical and pneumatic skills a plus
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
  • Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand 8-12 hours
  • Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime
  • High school diploma or GED required What to Expect:
