Job Description Job Description Job Title: QA Auditor – 2nd
Shift Location: Kings Mountain, NC Schedule: Monday – Friday, with
Saturday/Sunday as needed Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM Pay: $17.25/hr
(Weekend shifts $2/hr) Overtime: Must be available Job Overview The
QA Auditor is responsible for ensuring the quality of garments and
textile products by performing audits on cases of merchandise. This
role involves identifying defects, verifying labeling, and
maintaining cleanliness and consistency in compliance with company
standards. Essential Functions Remove bundles from the conveyor and
place them on the inspection table. Remove and sign bundle tickets;
record all required information on the QA daily sheet. Open bundles
and inspect garments for defects, damage, labeling errors, or
inconsistencies. Complete corrective action forms for items that do
not meet quality standards. Refold, re-tape, and return accepted
items to the correct bundle on the conveyor. Set aside bundles for
supervisor review when needed. Perform any additional tasks as
assigned by the supervisor. Requirements & Skills Ability to work
overtime and flexible schedules including weekends. Strong
attention to detail and ability to identify defects or
inconsistencies. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for
extended periods. Basic record-keeping and documentation skills.
