Ownership of this position delivers the high standard of customer service necessary to maintain the overall patient experience while adhering to our mission and core values.Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Office Manager in all aspects of training, staffing and functionality while providing substantial and valuable feedback.
• Satisfy all mandatory training requirements as assigned and provided by the Office Manager via various training tools.
• Sustain the execution and flow of the patient schedule to provide the best patient experience while fostering a team environment.
• Performs a variety of detail-oriented administrative tasks that anticipate the needs of the team and patients alike.The above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this job.   • Experience in medical/dental front desk operations preferred
  • Eaglesoft experience strongly preferred.
  • Current certification in OSHA, HIPAA and CPR a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, processes and ideas.
