The RolePoppy Handcrafted Popcorn is seeking a dynamic and
results-driven Sales Representative to grow and manage our boutique
and small format channel and develop other strategic accounts. Our
Sales Representative will be responsible for nurturing existing
relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying opportunities
for expanding our presence in key markets. Additionally, this role
will involve actively pursuing new business opportunities to
further strengthen our position in the
industry.ResponsibilitiesExhibit a professional leadership presence
with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Manage a
diverse portfolio of clients, adapt product positioning and
strategies based on the type and location of the store to maximize
sales potential.Leverage existing relationships with retailers to
introduce Poppy Handcrafted Popcorn. Manage full sales cycles from
prospecting to closing, ensuring a consistent pipeline of
opportunities.Maintain accurate records of all sales and
prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations,
closed sales, and follow-up activities within CRM.Collaborate
closely with Sales Director and Marketing team to align on campaign
initiatives and product launches.Provide exceptional customer
service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a
timely and professional manner.Keep customers within their payment
terms and collecting payments when appropriate.Stay up to date with
industry trends and market developments to identify new
opportunities for growth and provide feedback to company
leadership.Perform other duties, as
assigned.Requirements:Requirements:Minimum 4 years of direct sales
experience in the gifting and small retail format.Strong
understanding of the market and a demonstrated ability to develop
and execute effective sales strategies.Strong analytical skills to
identify market trends and sales opportunities.Excellent
negotiation, communication, presentation skills, and attention to
detail.Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work
independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong
organizational skills with ability to multi-task and work
effectively within an ambiguous environment.Proficient in Microsoft
Excel, Word, and standard email applications. Experience utilizing
a CRM tool.Ability to engage in a significant amount of territorial
travel, regional sales meetings, and other sales specific
events.Valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.Reports ToSales

Marketing TeamsClassificationThis position is full-time,
exempt.Salary$40,000 - Annual Base + CommissionEstimated Weekly
