Job Description:
Sherwin-Williams, a renowned leader in the global market for
paints, coatings, and surface treatments, is seeking a proactive
and driven Pro Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales &
Business Development team. This role is crucial for promoting and
selling our high-quality products to professional, industrial,
commercial, and retail customers. The ideal candidate will possess
a keen understanding of the coatings industry and demonstrate the
ability to forge strong relationships with professional clients to
drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and execute
sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned
territory. Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and
existing professional clients, ensuring their satisfaction and
continued business. Conduct product demonstrations and provide
clients with solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent
Sherwin-Williams and expand network. Collaborate with technical
teams to provide customized services and support to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales
strategies accordingly. Strong selling skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software
and MS Office Ability to understand and communicate technical
product knowledge Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
