Job Description Job Description Patriot Showers is seeking a
Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by
contacting homeowner leads, qualifying interest, and scheduling
in-home consultation appointments for our design consultants. This
is an hourly role and is not commission or incentive-based. The SDR
position is performance-accountable and designed for individuals
who value consistency, professionalism, and long-term growth within
a structured sales environment. This role is available as either
part-time or full-time and is ideal for someone who enjoys
structured sales work, clear expectations, and being part of a
disciplined, team-oriented workplace. Compensation and Schedule
$18–$22 per hour based on experience Bonus: $15 per qualified
appointment set above the daily minimum Part-time or full-time
availability In-office position in Greer, SC Monday through Friday
schedule Structured onboarding and ongoing coaching provided
Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly Responsibilities: Key
Responsibilities Make outbound calls to inbound and outbound
homeowner leads Qualify prospects based on project need, timeline,
and readiness Schedule and confirm in-home consultation
appointments Communicate Patriot Showers’ process and value clearly
and professionally Handle objections respectfully and confidently
Maintain accurate call notes and lead status updates in the CRM
Follow established call scripts and workflows Meet the required
daily and weekly activity and appointment standards Maintain
professional conduct and reliability in an in-office setting What
Success Looks Like Consistently scheduling qualified and confirmed
appointments Maintaining strong appointment show rates Professional
phone presence and communication style Reliable attendance,
punctuality, and follow-through Openness to coaching and continuous
improvement Accountability to performance expectations in an hourly
role Qualifications: Required Qualifications Strong verbal
communication and listening skills Comfort with inbound call
handling and structured sales conversations Ability to work in a
performance-accountable environment Dependable, punctual, and
organized Basic computer skills, including CRM systems, dialers,
and email Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in
appointment setting, inside sales, or other sales roles Experience
in home services, remodeling, or customer-facing sales Familiarity
with call scripts, KPIs, or CRM platforms Professional demeanor and
