lookout for a Youth Care Worker who brings energy, heart, and

You’ll be the mentor, the guide, and the role model for at-risk
youth, creating a structured yet uplifting environment where they

perfect fit for you! What You’ll Do: Be a mentor, coach, and
advocate for youth, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate
successes. Build a positive, high-energy culture that fosters
trust, stability, and personal growth. Lead and participate in
group activities that are both fun and meaningful. Guide youth in
completing daily tasks and developing essential life skills.
Provide emotional support and teach healthy coping mechanisms to
handle stress. Work alongside the Treatment Team to design
individualized care plans for each youth. Mediate conflicts and
help youth develop problem-solving techniques for real-life
situations. Document progress and key events to ensure everyone is
aligned in their care journey . Use verbal de-escalation strategies
to manage challenges effectively. Promote hygiene, health, and
safety to maintain a secure and supportive environment . Lead with
empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence , modeling positive
behaviors every step of the way. What We’re Looking For: A passion
for working with youth and making a lasting difference. High school
diploma, GED, or associate degree required. At least two years of
experience working with children ages 6-17 is preferred. Must be 21
years or older . A valid driver’s license with a clean driving
record. Strong self-regulation and problem-solving skills . A
growth mindset —coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn.
