patient safety. This unit treats a diverse patient population,
focusing on oncology and women's surgical needs. The unit has 24
patient beds and a staff of 42 members to provide comprehensive
care. Patient ratios are maintained at 1:4 or 1:5 to ensure optimal
attention. The unit employs standard medical equipment and utilizes
an electronic medical record system. Candidates must possess an
active RN license and current BLS certification. Chemo
certification is preferred but not required. Desired traits include
being a team player and a willingness to learn. Staff members are
expected to adhere to the dress code of navy, white, or a
combination of both colors. Weekend shifts may be required as part
of the schedule. This role includes occasional procedures such as
pelvic exams and thoracentesis. The team provides support across
