Must-Have: - Experience in Med/Surg nursing specifically in
oncology Description: The Med/Surg Registered Nurse will assume
responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct
clinical care for assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role
includes supervision of staff to which appropriate care is
delegated. The nurse is accountable for supporting the facility CNO
to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management
