Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a premier provider of patient-centered
healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our Staffing Pool CarePartners team. This role offers a
unique opportunity to work across various departments within our
extensive network of care facilities, providing critical nursing
services where they are needed most. As part of our team, you will
play a key role in upholding our commitment to improve human life
by delivering exceptional care to patients across a diverse range
of medical settings. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
across different departments based on staffing needs. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with
healthcare teams. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and respond to
any changes in patient conditions, providing timely interventions.
Maintain accurate patient records and report any discrepancies to
the medical team. Educate patients and families on treatment plans
and healthcare maintenance. Participate in continuous education to
enhance nursing knowledge and skills. Strong clinical skills with
the ability to work flexibly across multiple departments. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in handling medical
software and record-keeping. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
preferred.
