Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated PRN (Pro re nata) Operating
Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled team of healthcare
professionals at our state-of-the-art facilities. This position
offers a unique opportunity to work across nearly 2,000 sites of
care, including hospitals and surgery centers, contributing to our
mission to improve human life. This role requires flexibility,
commitment to high standards of patient care, and the ability to
adapt to dynamic surgery environments. Provide direct nursing care
in a diverse healthcare environment Adjust nursing care plans as
necessary during surgeries Ensure the operating room is prepared
with all necessary supplies and equipment Work collaboratively with
surgeons and anesthesia professionals Maintain high standards of
aseptic technique during operations Assist in patient recovery
following surgeries Document and communicate actions to maintain
continuity among the nursing team Expertise in aseptic and sterile
techniques Proficiency in using surgical tools and equipment
Ability to work fast under pressure Excellent teamwork and
communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license Basic
Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
